What does the clinic cost, and how long does it take?
It is free, and it runs 15–30 minutes. There is no charge, no obligation to continue, and nothing to sign to book one. Bring a synthetic, redacted, or representative loss run — or just the column headers you receive, if a file is not practical. Production claim data is not required and should not be sent. Commercial terms only arise if the work continues into a pilot, and those are design-partner terms discussed during the clinic itself and set out in the pilot agreement.
Is Prior Experience a self-service application today?
No. It is a pilot-stage product operated by the founder through a scheduled session. There is no login, no public application, and no self-service onboarding. A clinic and a pilot are guided engagements; that is a deliberate choice at this stage, not a limitation being hidden. What a self-service version would require is a later question, and it will not be described as available before it is.
What exactly is published on this site, and what is being held back?
Published: a page from a reserve analysis, a page from a funding-by-confidence-level analysis, and excerpts of validation, lineage, and stamped-assumption data — all from one synthetic run whose displayed figures have been verified. Held back: complete PDF reports from the same run that have not yet cleared internal QA review. They are withheld rather than shown selectively, and they will be published when the review is finished. See sample output.
Why publish only part of a report?
Because publishing a figure that does not reconcile would be worse than publishing nothing. Each page shown here was checked so that its totals foot and its factors recompute from the underlying development data. Where a report contains a value that has not passed that check, the whole report stays unpublished until the underlying calculation is corrected at the source. Numbers are never adjusted in an image to make a page presentable.
How is synthetic sample data labeled?
Every sample carries a Synthetic label, and a Draft label where the output is still under review. Samples also carry the run identifier and version that produced them, so any two exhibits on this site can be traced to the same underlying run. All entities and figures in the samples are fictional and are not for reliance.
Does this website accept file uploads?
No. There is no upload control on any page, and there will not be one on the public site. The booking form collects name, work email, company, role, and an optional description of your workflow problem — nothing else. Loss runs, claim details, medical information, and claimant identifiers should never be sent through this site or through ordinary email. Instructions for sharing files securely are provided separately after a clinic is booked.
How would work on real data be authorized?
Separately, and in writing. A clinic runs on synthetic, redacted, or representative material. Moving to real files requires a pilot agreement covering confidentiality, responsibilities, processing location, retention, deletion, and exit, plus a documented data-sharing procedure supplied after qualification. No real file is accepted before that is in place. The data-handling note sets out the current status of each control.
What is planned but not yet available?
Dedicated-instance, customer-cloud, and customer-hosted deployment options are under evaluation and are not offered today. No independent security attestation such as SOC 2 has been completed. There is no self-service application, no public API, and no customer portal. Each of these is labeled with its real status on the data-handling note rather than implied to exist.
Will my company be named, quoted, or used as a reference?
Not without written permission. Design partners are never named, quoted, or shown as a logo unless they have specifically agreed to it. There are currently no customer names, testimonials, endorsements, or partner logos on this site, because none have been earned yet — and none will be displayed before they are.
Who builds and operates this?
It is founder-led at pilot stage. The clinic is run by the person who built the workflow, which is why sessions are scheduled rather than self-service. Background and the reasoning behind starting with loss-run workflow are on the about page.
What happens to the information I submit in the booking form?
It is used to respond to you, schedule and prepare the clinic, and assess pilot fit. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing. This site currently loads no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no tracking cookies. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@priorexperience.io.
